Peter Levenda: Wilson/Davis Real but Memo Might be Fake

In private conversations I've had, I've gotten this impression that the Wilson Davis memos referred to a real thing but the memos might have been faked- like it was engineered to reveal the Wilson Davis conversations and context but it was not considered disinformation because that would mean the information was false. It was a kind of sleight of hand, like they were dumping a document like the Majestic 12 files. Same reaction - people said 'No the MJ 12 files are false documents but they refer to a real thing - the Wilson Davis memo initially, that's what I heard.
