Scientist Dr Jim Segala has revealed the results of a three year double blind research study which reveals data making it possible to predict when experiencers of UAP or paranormal events, will interact with an unknown intelligence.
And the next step in the research, about which Pentagon officials have been briefed, will be to attempt communication with what may be an intelligent entity.
Dr Segala, who featured in the first Skinwalker Ranch TV series, said "I could almost predict within pretty good confidence when somebody, just based upon maybe a week's prior data, when they were going to have a real interaction with this thing. When you start doing that and being able to do that, now you can start talking to this thing. And that's now the next step that we're in right now"
The research study looked into very high electromagnetic and gamma radiation bursts that coincide with people experiencing sightings of UAP, orbs and other paranormal phenomena near and inside their homes and other locations.
Dr. Segala placed continuous data-collecting measurement devices in the homes of 37 of these experiencers all over the US. During the study, he detected nearly 600 incidents of very high radiation spikes immediately before, during and after craft sightings and inside-the-home paranormal experiences. In many cases, these spikes were many times higher than baseline and cannot be accounted for by any known normal terrestrial or space-based phenomena.
Dr. Segala is starting the next phase of his study, with the deployment of 300-600 devices around the world, in an attempt to reproduce the results and experiment with "communication strategies".
He explains how the "hitchhiker effect" phenomena may spread to people who haven't even visited sites of high-strangeness, like Skinwalker Ranch. To explain how this might happen, he references research, he learned of via Dr Hal Puthoff, of "entanglement" between two and more biological entities, including humans, plants and bacteria - even when isolated at a distance in Faraday cages.
In this podcast he explains how the phenomena can be both negative and positive and cites the case of somebody bringing home crystals from a cave which seemed to trigger "incredible activities" on their installed electronic device and over three days they had bad dreams and "horrible" apparitions.
So they returned the crystals to the cave and then experienced euphoria.
"It was like the phenomena was rewarding them for putting back the crystals" said Dr Segala "Maybe that is a clear indication that there is an entity out there- some sentient entity that's saying 'thanks for bringing back my stuff' "
He revealed one of his case studies involved a Government employee who had symptoms similar to the Havana Syndrome and this was referred to the FBI.
Another - case number 316 - involved a degree qualified person in the Uintah Basin which resulted in corresponding data spikes, one in the microwave band and another which recorded gamma waves 23 times higher than normal. Writing of this event the experiencer said: "If ever I was to say I'd been abducted, it would have been last night."
How would Dr Segala prompt a communication with this mystery intelligence?
He suggests a person having an experience could behave in a non-normal way - "say something bad to it or shine a light onto it" to register changes in the electronic equipment.
"My goal is simple - I want a reaction, I want to be able to modify behaviour just a little sliver. I want to just move the dial ever so slightly"
"Maybe we can pull a little technology out of it. 'Can we do things like this?' because that's the next level of our intelligence right, that we're going to be able to do things that are beyond what we can visualize and rationalize right now."

Asked "Have you briefed anybody at the Pentagon, can you talk about that at all?" he replied "No I can't but I have, many times okay, and it's a lot of interest, a lot of interest, but you know what the Government is...the first thing is they can't get involved at all because they can't even admit that they talk to anybody. So I mean that's really important that they can't, that they don't do that"
Asked if this could be weaponized, he replied: "I would say that any technology greater than ours is a possibility of being weaponized so I wouldn't put it past other governments to seek the ability to capture that technology to use it to advance their society or strengthem their defenses, who knows? There's certainly historical evidence for that."
