"Bio-punks basically are able to able to buy little strings of chromosomes and DNA and put together something. It's really only a matter of time before some English major with biology, is going to put together something that resembles smallpox or AIDS and able to put it into a flu virus and decide he's going to take out half the United States by infecting five or six people, putting them on airplanes and off they go. Those kind of scenarios are actually real and maybe not quite yet but really in the next three, four, five years - this is going to be doable. So the world's a dangerous place.
